Samantha (Sam) O’Neill
Sharing over 25 years of Human Resources knowledge with my clients gives me a great deal of satisfaction as I utilize my experience as an HR executive to guide organizations in various aspects of the complex world of HR. I understand that the decisions coming out of an HR department in any company, large or small, will have a direct impact on operations, attracting talent and staff retention. My experience in various industries such as IT Staffing, High-Tech, Healthcare and Manufacturing enable me to see the broad picture as I work to assist in helping clients achieve their goals. Unlike few others in this industry, I also have experience working with Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) companies. Importantly, I also hold various HR certifications, such as Hogan Behavioral Assessment, Mental Health First Aid, DISC, Compensation, and Just Culture.
